At The Saki Redolence, we prioritise the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, we offer the following options:

While we take great care to package your items securely, we recognise that damage can occur during transit. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred once the package has been shipped. In such cases, we will assist you in tracking your package or filing a claim with the courier service. If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you are responsible for the cost to ship it again.

Damage Reporting Process

2. Provide Details: Include a detailed description of the damage and attach clear photographs showing the issue.
3. Response Time: We will get back to you within 24 hours to arrange for a refund or replacement.
SakiRedolence will not be responsible for any claim raised with respect to damages or missing products post 24 hours of delivery.
Important Notes
- Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for items returned due to a change of mind.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Eligibility for COD
We offer a ‘Cash on Delivery’ option for domestic orders above INR 1000/-. We adhere to safety protocols with our courier partners to ensure your package arrives safely.
Delivery Instructions
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please provide an alternative address or a reliable contact number by emailing SakiRedolence@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order Reshipment
If your COD order is returned due to unavailability or other reasons, we will only reship the order if you convert it to a prepaid order after the delivery failure.
Order Confirmation
Customers who place COD orders will receive a call for order confirmation. If there is no response, we will send an email notifying you of the cancellation of the COD order. You may respond to the
email to confirm processing your order.
Delivery Refusal Policy
If a customer refuses delivery of a COD order, they will no longer be eligible for COD on future orders. Such customers can only place prepaid orders.
Claims for Shortages or Damages
Any claims regarding missing items or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at SakiRedolence@gmail.com within this timeframe.
Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Order Modifications

Cancellation of COD Orders
To cancel a COD order, please inform our customer service team by emailing

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please do so within the designated timeframe.
Cancellation Charges
If you cancel your order within the allowed period, a fee of 2.5% will be deducted as payment gateway charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to the cardholder using the same payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days or according to your bank's guidelines.
